For each movie, you’ll see two different posters side by side. You’ll rate both of them, using a slider, on four things:
First glanceDoes this poster grab your attention and give you some information about the movie — genre, vibe, a key character, whatever it is — from a first look? 1 = tells you nothing, doesn’t grab you. 5 = instantly hooks you and you get some info.
Visual compositionHow the poster is put together — balance, focus, visually coherent. 1 = feels cluttered or random, no sense of where to look. 5 = feels intentional, satisfying and visually coherent.
CreativityDoes this feel fresh, surprising, or exciting — or like something you’ve seen a hundred times? 1 = total cliché/boring. 5 = genuinely fresh.
OverallYour gut reaction to the poster as a whole, from 1 (bad poster) to 10 (great poster) — this one goes up to 10, not 5.
There are no right answers here — we’re interested in your honest, immediate reaction to each poster.
